Molana.pk offers FREE 07 DAYs EXCHANGES & RETURNS POLICY

Be sure to contact us within 07 days of receiving your order if you wish to receive a refund, replacement or exchange of certain Goods.

All items to be returned must be unused and in original, undamaged packaging with any tags, accessories, manuals and items that may have been included with the original purchase. Along with the following:

  • Proof of purchase (order number, invoice, etc.).
  • Refund method that you would like and the necessary information associated (bank account number, etc.).

We will arrange collection of the product to be returned. Once we have received and inspected the return, any refund due will be processed.

In the case of a refund, we will credit the amount you paid for the returned product into your account for all orders within 7 working days after quality check. We do not provide cash refunds. Shipping charges will not be refunded.

Note that if the quality check is unsuccessful, you will not be refunded and will be sent back your product.

Any exchanges or returns are subject to availability of the item requested. To process an exchange, you will need to return the original product to us and place an order for the new item you would like in exchange.

The customer shall ensure that the merchandise is packed in its original box or wrapped safely to avoid any damage during transit. If the packaging is not done safely which leads to damage, we will not be responsible for the same and the merchandise will be returned to the customer.

Conditions for returns:

  • The address provided during the order placing will be registered as the pickup and delivery address for the claimed item. This cannot be modified.
  • Product having un-authorized repairs won’t be accepted.

Faulty Returns under Warranty:

We do hope you enjoy and get the most out of the items you purchase from Molana.pk. However, from time to time products can become defective and, although this can be frustrating, be sure that we are here to help. As a note, all our products come with at least a 07 days warranty.

Cash on Delivery

For customers without access to a credit card, we accept Cash on Delivery (COD) as an alternative payment method. Using this service, you can select to pay in cash to the delivery agent upon receiving your order. We are entitled to demand a token amount be paid in advance for orders pertaining products/areas with high return ratio without any valid reason.

Delivery of Orders

If for any reason, the delivery of the goods is delayed, we reserve the right to do so. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Holidays or any other unforeseeable events
  • Delays in shipping and transportation
  • Weather conditions that are unpredictable

The company reserves the right to notify you if the delivery of the Goods is delayed, at its sole discretion.

As a result of the above clause, we will not be liable and responsible for any failure or delay in the delivery of the Goods, nor will we be held responsible if any loss or damage results from the delivery of the Goods.

Regardless of the nature of the order, we reserve the right to withhold, refuse to process, restrict shipping destinations, stop, and/or cancel any order of Goods at our sole discretion. Furthermore, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to cancel any order that we deem to be "bulk orders".
