5. What if I receive damaged goods?
If your product is damaged upon delivery, please contact us immediately with photographic evidence. We will process an exchange or refund.


Return & Refund Policy

6. What is your return policy?
We offer a 15-day no-questions-asked return policy. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, contact us at 0300-7380012 for a free pickup.

7. What is required for a return?
Ensure the item is unused, in its original packaging, with tags, manuals, and accessories intact. Provide proof of purchase and a video demonstrating the issue, along with the unboxing video.

8. How long does it take to process a refund?
Refunds are processed within 15 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds are credited to the original payment method or a preferred wallet account.

9. Are shipping charges refundable?
Shipping charges are non-refundable.

10. What happens if my return doesn’t pass the quality check?
If the return fails our quality check, the product will be sent back to you, and no refund will be issued.


Replacement Policy

11. What is your replacement policy?

12. What is required for a replacement?
The product must be in its original condition without any additional damage. Provide a video showing the issue along with the unboxing video.

13. How does the replacement process work?
Once approved, we will dispatch the replacement. The defective item will be collected when the new one is delivered.


Warranty Policy

14. Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes, all products come with at least a 7-day warranty. Some products may have extended warranties.

15. How do I return a faulty product under warranty?

16. What if the product is damaged during return shipping?
If the product is damaged due to improper packaging during return shipping, we will not be responsible, and the item will be returned to you without servicing.


Cash on Delivery (COD)

17. Do you accept Cash on Delivery?
Yes, we accept COD. However, for high-return areas or certain products, a token advance payment may be required.
